Sepam Awarded Mechanical & Electrical Services Contract on King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST) Project by Saudi Aramco

Sepam (PM&C Saudi) has been awarded a Mechanical & Electrical Services Contract by Saudi Aramco on King Abdullah University of Science & Technology (KAUST) in North Jeddah, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The university, set to become the leading academic research institution in the Middle East, will inspire a new era of scientific achievement in the Kingdom that will also benefit the region and the world.

This is a significant award to the Sepam team in Saudi Arabia and strengthens our position in the Western Province, where we have worked for Yanpet & Petro Rabigh, since 1998.

State owned, oil giant, Saudi Aramco was selected o build the 36 square kilometre site. The university was designed and built within a three year program, consisting of a Academic & Research Facilities, comprising 48 laboratory neighbourhoods; Utilities area, comprising a desalination plant, waste water treatment plant & a chiller plant; residential area comprising 3,000 residential units, 9 community schools, recreational facilities, medical clinic, general services and a golf course.
